Ready to make a reservation? Here’s how it works:
- Check the calendar HERE to see if your dates are available.
- Give us a call, or send us an email letting us know what dates you’re interested in reserving. We’ll discuss the exact location, and the check-in procedure. We’ll then send you a contract, which you will sign and return, along with your $200.00 refundable security deposit.
- Sixty days before you’re due to check in, you’ll send us half of the rental amount.
- Two weeks before you’re due to arrive, you’ll send us the last half of the rental amount.
- The rental amount we quote you will include the cleaning fee, and the 6% lodging tax required by the State of Alabama.
- After you depart, and everything is in order, we’ll refund your security deposit – usually within 48 hours.
If you’re making a reservation and checking in within 60 days, you’ll send us the security deposit and half of the rental amount at the time the reservation is made. Two weeks before you’re due to arrive, you’ll send us the last half of the rental amount. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept personal checks and credit cards through PayPal. There is an additional $25 charge when paying by credit card.
PETS We only allow pets on a case-by-case basis. Please call for details.
